After completing the first storm painting, I envisioned an entire series based on the single subject of a storm. Using different colorways for each painting in the group, each one slightly varies in configuration from the others and the inclusion or non inclusion of collaged elements. Hung separately, or together, they personify the intensity of a natural phenomenon created by what we call "Mother Nature".
